Hirehire Limited (“Hirehire” or “we”) welcomes you to use our website https://hirehire.me (“Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe the terms and conditions that govern your use of or access to our Service. The Terms constitute an agreement between you and us, so please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the other rules provided with the Service, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. If you do not accept or understand the Terms, please do not use or access the Service.

Relationships between Hirehire and employers using the Service may also be subject to separate recruitment agreements, under which Hirehire provides recruiting services for employers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the recruitment agreement, the terms of the recruitment agreement will prevail.

The Terms can be updated from time to time. Please check back periodically for the latest version of the Terms. If there are any significant changes made to the Terms, we will notify you. Your use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.


YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Service.

To enter into and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, you must have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the entity to this agreement.

You agree to comply with all applicable sanctions, export control laws, and regulations, including but not limited to those imposed by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, and other relevant authorities. You further confirm that you are not and will not use the Service to engage in any activities that involve, entities or individuals that are subject to sanctions or restrictions imposed by any applicable sanctions program or authority.

Your Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (1) you meet the eligibility criteria stated in these Terms; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; (3) you will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your Information and Use of the Service

Access to the Service is provided without registration or any necessity to create an account.

We support you throughout every step of the recruitment process. We may request details about you, including your professional experience, curriculum vitae (CV), and other relevant information for employment purposes. For comprehensive details on how we handle the information you provide, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We request that you refrain from providing us with details pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religious or other similar beliefs, and physical or mental health, including information related to disabilities. Although Article 9(2)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation allows for the processing of this information when necessary to fulfill obligations or exercise specific rights in the realm of employment, we choose not to engage in such processing unless absolutely required for those purposes.

License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Service. You are not allowed to resell or commercially use any part of the Service or its contents and materials, unless otherwise expressly authorized by us.


PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

FEES AND PAYMENT

Service is provided on the free of charge basis. The recruitment services provided by Hirehire to employers will be offered based on fees discussed individually with each employer and outlined in the recruitment agreements.

We may add new features for additional fees or change pricing at any time.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, including any copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights in the Service, will remain our sole property.


COPYRIGHT COMPLAINT

If you believe that your copyrights have been infringed in any way, please send us a complaint at hello@hirehire.me with “Copyright” in the subject line.


UPDATES TO THE SERVICE

We may issue updates or upgrades to the Service and disable access to the Service for any period of time or permanently. The Service is subject to scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions.

You consent to automatic updates or upgrades of the version of the Service that you are using on your device to a new version.

You agree that we will not be liable to you for any interruption of the Service.


PRIVACY

We cannot assure that employers will request your details, consider you for an interview, or offer you a position, nor can we guarantee your availability or suitability for the needs of any employer. We do not provide any guarantees or assurances regarding the terms or duration of any position secured.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, losses, obligations, damages, or expenses arising from your use of or access to the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This term will continue to be effective even if you have stopped using the Service.

Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes

All claims relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the law of Ireland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within 1 year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.


TERM AND TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time.
